Understanding Behaviour — What Students Are Really Communicating

Teachers will learn to look beyond misbehaviour and uncover the messages behind students’ actions. Focusing on awareness over emotion, the session helps educators interpret behaviour as communication, recognise underlying needs, and regulate their own responses. Participants will leave with practical strategies to respond calmly and compassionately, turning challenging moments into opportunities for connection and growth.
