Work Smarter, Care Better: Self-Care in Everyday Teaching
Educators often put themselves last, treating self-care as something to “add on” after a long day. This workshop flips that idea — showing teachers how small, intentional changes can save time, reduce stress, and naturally weave self-care into the school day. With practical strategies that work both for teachers and their students, participants will leave with tools to make wellbeing part of their everyday classroom culture, not just an afterthought.
