Making Parent Teacher Meetings Effective

This webinar focuses on how assessment is communicated to parents in a clear, professional, and constructive manner. It explores how Parent Teacher Meetings can move beyond sharing marks or general comments and become purposeful conversations about strengths, progress, challenges, and next steps.

The session guides teachers in structuring PTM conversations using assessment evidence, adapting communication across age groups, and responding confidently to difficult questions. It positions PTMs as a collaborative partnership between school and home, where assessment findings are translated into practical action for student growth.
