•    Differentiate between formative, summative, diagnostic, and performance-based assessments in secondary classrooms
•    Design assessments that measure conceptual understanding, skills, and application alongside content knowledge
•    Align assessments with curriculum objectives, competencies, and board expectations
•    Use assessment results to provide constructive feedback, support struggling learners, and extend higher-performing students
•    Maintain continuity with earlier assessment practices while preparing students for formal examinations
