Objectives:
This workshop equips educators with strategies to manage challenging parent interactions. Participants will learn to identify the root causes of concerns, build trust, resolve conflicts, and set clear expectations for smoother communication. They will leave with practical tools to confidently handle difficult conversations with professionalism.
